Opportunity Map analyzes an expert-led YouTube source before the first Auto Kitchen batch. It looks for useful clips, posts, carousels, and strategy angles instead of starting from a blank prompt.
Add the right source
Choose the YouTube channel that represents the expertise and business you want ContentFries to understand. Channels with several useful long-form videos give the system more signal than an empty channel or a channel made mostly of shorts.
ContentFries can still run manual recipes when a source is not a good fit for Auto Kitchen.
Follow the Dashboard state
The Dashboard shows one next action at a time:
- Add YouTube channel when the workspace has no source.
- Start Opportunity Map when the source is ready to analyze.
- Retry map when a retryable analysis fails.
- Generate first batch when the map is ready.
- Review your batch when the recommendations are prepared.
- Answer strategy question when an optional answer could improve a later batch.
You can start another manual recipe while analysis or batch preparation continues.
If the source has low fit
A low-fit result is not a browser error. It means the source did not contain enough expert-led, business, or useful long-form signal for the automatic strategy loop.
You can continue with manual recipes. If you selected the wrong channel and the source is not locked, change it and let ContentFries build a new map.
Be careful when changing the source
Changing the source keeps existing projects, but resets the current Opportunity Map memory, pending review batch, and unanswered fine-tune questions associated with the old source. The workspace then rebuilds those signals from the new channel.
Do not change the source just to retry a slow analysis. Use the retry action when it is available.
Start the first batch
When the map is complete, choose Generate first batch. ContentFries prepares the sponsored activation batch and updates the Dashboard automatically. When it is ready, choose Review your batch and rate the recommendations.
