Every Auto Kitchen batch is wrapped in a project. That gives automatic work the same permanent home as a recipe you started yourself.

Find a previous batch

  1. Open Projects.
  2. Choose the Auto Kitchen project you want to inspect.
  3. Open the completed review view.

After review is submitted, the ratings are read-only. You can still see which pieces you disliked, skipped, liked, or marked amazing.

Download content

Open a useful item to download its available assets. Depending on the format, that may include an image, a carousel batch, a video, text, or platform-specific copy.

Use an individual download when you need one piece. Use the batch download when you want to hand the whole approved set to a teammate, client, agent, or external scheduler.

Move approved work into Planner

Planner is the shared planning layer for content created by Auto Kitchen and content created inside other projects.

  1. Approve the content you want to use.
  2. Add it to Planner from the project or choose it from your available content inside Planner.
  3. Add the intended channel and date.
  4. Mark it scheduled or published as the work moves through your workflow.

Planner records publication state. It does not force you to publish through ContentFries.

Keep your existing scheduler

If you already use another planner or social publishing tool, keep it. A ContentFries agent integration can read approved assets and Planner state, hand the work to your existing stack, and report scheduled or published status back through the API.

Native social publishing is not required for this workflow.
