A workspace keeps one brand’s projects, Content Cookbook, assets, Planner, integrations, and learned context together.
Use separate workspaces for separate brands or clients. This prevents one brand’s voice, photos, offers, and review signals from influencing another brand’s generation.
Current workspace and seat limits
- Free and Pay as you go: 1 workspace and 1 seat
- Creator: 3 workspaces and 3 seats
- Scale: unlimited internal workspaces and 10 seats
A seat is a person who can collaborate inside the team. An API key is not a seat; it belongs to one workspace and uses the automation permissions of the current plan.
Switch workspaces
Use the workspace selector near the top of the authenticated app. Always check the selected workspace before uploading a source, changing Cookbook information, creating an API key, or starting a cook.
When you downgrade
ContentFries does not automatically delete projects, archive workspaces, or remove collaborators just because the new plan has a lower limit. Instead, creation of additional workspaces or seats may be blocked until usage fits the active plan.
Existing permanent credits and valid lifetime core entitlements are not removed. Lifetime access does not automatically add Agent API, hosted MCP, webhooks, or multiple workspaces.
When the current plan limit is reached, the workspace manager disables creation and shows the included workspace count with an upgrade link. Existing workspaces remain available according to the downgrade rules above.
See the current pricing page for prices, credits, rollover, and included capabilities.
